Weigh in every night 9.00 to 9.30pm Bath Inn, Penzance. BBQ and awards evening Saturday Sept. 12th
Tickets £5 seniors £2.50 juniors in all the local tackle shops. Enter a 3 man team as well.

Sunday 6th September
A good day for club members aboard BITE today. They boated a total of 86 sharks with the best blue going 142lbs. Amongst the blues were 3 porbeagles all of about 50lbs. The 142lbs blue was landed by Chairman Mike Delbridge and at 142% on club weights is the best fish weighed into the Festival. The second best on the day was 104lbs for Badger Blewett.

Also weighed in tonight was a good boat plaice of 1018g for Mel Brewer. From the shore there was a good lsd of 1140g for Pete Kessell and a thick lip mullet of 1212g for Keith Gilbert.

Good to see a few club members at the weigh in tonight. Two good fish weighed in. Mark Willey Mullet 1782g (a fraction under 4lbs) and Andrew Harvey with a shore caught conger of 7826g (well over 17lbs).
Great to see Andrew and Phil back fishing. Reckon they'll be fishing the Tre Pol Pen next year!

Who said big tides are good? Just one fish again tonight. Cuckoo wrasse 372g for James Spires. A good fish for his team at the start of week 3.
